Registered war veterans who are residents of Tampere are entitled to a Stored Value Ticket free of charge but they, too, are required to pay the extra fee on late-night buses. In order to pay for other passengers or extra fee on late-night buses, there must be minimum of 20 € loaded onto the Travel Card.
